Printing PDFs sometimes doesn't seem to work

• Why? Usually, students are either using the browser Print buttons or have no money in their accounts (tho we have had a few unresolved mystery situations)
• Fix: Make sure the student uses the PDF print button.
• Aside: One good thing is that the print system doesn't seem to charge for attempts to print PDFs using the browser print buttons (maybe that's a "feature" & not a "bug"?)
